Return Policy
Cut fabric, books, and patterns are non-returnable unless defective. If an item is defective, it must be returned within 30 days for replacement. In the event an item cannot be replaced, Yodeling Loon quilts will contact the customer and offer a similar item, a gift certificate or a refund via the same method as the original payment. Yodeling Loon Quilts will pay the return postage on defective items and offer free shipping on the replacement.

Batting and gift items may be returned if they are in new condition and in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for cost associated with returning the item. Items returned within 30 days will have their purchase price refunded via the same method as the original payment. Shipping will not be refunded. Under no circumstances will replacements or refunds be given after 30 days.

Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped air mail.
